Is the Equalities Act bad for your business?

Believe it or not I think it starts when we’re kids. Remember when your parents asked/told/ordered (delete where appropriate) you to do something that you weren’t really a fan of, or couldn’t see the point of? It got done, eventually, but probably not very well, or quickly and only because of the threat of some sanction or restriction of liberty by the our parents. So fast forward to the here and now and not much will have changed for many of us.

I don't know about you but we seem to be constantly getting contacted by social media gurus trying to sell us their services. Most would have us believe that in this age of digital media, where much of our news is found via the internet, that distributing our company’s news via social media alone is all we need to do to reach our audience.
